ExcuRsioN Day!!

Brought 4 classes today and yesterday to the Asian Civilisation Museum (ACM). This was done after school hours .. so the kids were kinda hyperactive!!! So went in 2 buses *2 teachers in each bus* to the Empress Place ACM. I just got to know that there's another ACM at Armenian Street! .. Geez how ignorant can i be :P .. Anyways the excursion was kinda last minute thingy for me. The teacher in-Charge told me only yesterday morning that i was down to bring the kids there ..so that very same afternoon, there i was with my sec 1 kids *luckily i taught them ..so i know their names and all so i could scold them if they are naughty...muahah*... So was at the ACM for two days in a row .. It was my first time there :P .. And i must say it is so breathtakingly historical ... SO many beautiful artefacts .. the place was kinda divided into various sections .. hmm there were Islamic world, South Asia- India and Buddhism, Southeast Asia, China and many more which my puny brain cant seem to recall hehehe ... i wonder if the 13 year old kids could appreciate such magnitude of unique artifacts ..they kinda happy that that they could roam around freely... so i was like the mother hen, having to make sure they stayed within my vision ... kinda challenging i tell ya ..especially when my speed is like one third of theirs *hehehe* .. Anyways i believed all of us had fun and learnt something *eventho little* over there .. would love to go there again and take some pictures ..but first i have to find a camera that produces great pics under dark lighting without flash!!! ... who wanna volunteer theirs to me !?!?!? *teehee!* ... i dowan to be escorted out of the museum cos a "flashy" camera is a No-No ... :P .. if any of you guys wanna go, tell me okies :D .. the past holds much more significant beauty and aura that the present i feel .. *swoon* ..... anyways have a good day mates ...
